Issue No. 123- All alcoholic beverages which intoxicate a person are najis as an obligatory precaution, but narcotics like hemp and hashish which cause intoxication but are not originally liquid, are ṭāhir, even when water is mixed with them and they become liquid. However, it is still haram to use them.
Issue No. 93-the semen of the human being and blood gushing animals is najis irrespective of whether its meat is halal or haram, and the obligatory precaution is to also avoid the semen of non-blood gushing animals.
Issue No. 131- The perspiration of a person who becomes junub through haram means, let it be fornication, sodomy or masturbation, is ṭāhir. However, as an obligatory precaution, one must not perform prayer with this sweat on the body or clothes.
Issue No. 89- The urine and faeces of the human being, those animals whose meat is haram to eat, and blood gushing animals [1], is najis, and the urine of an animal whose meat is haram, but its blood does not gush out when slaughtered should be avoided as an obligatory precaution. The d r o ppings of small insects such as mosquitoes, flies, etc., are ṭāhir, however, d r o ppings of mice, cats and wild animals must be avoided.
Issue No.238- If najis dust settles on the body, clothes, carpet, etc., and both are dry, or the wetness in one is not to an extent that it will reach the other, they do not become najis, and it is sufficient that they are shaken off. However, if one is wet, it will become najis. And if one doubts whether or not the dust has been najis, or doubts whether the object has been wet or not, it will be ṭāhir.
Issue No.787- Fourth: If there is a najis handkerchief or clothes, with which one’s private parts can be covered, in one’s pocket while performing prayer, the prayer is correct. Also, if there are any other najis objects in one’s pocket, prayer with them would be correct. However, the recommended precaution is to avoid them during prayer.
Issue No. 88- As per obligatory precaution, original najis substances are ten things: 1) Urine 2) Faeces3) Semen 4) Dead body 5) Blood 6) Dog 7) Pig 8) Intoxicating Beverages9) Beer10) The Sweat of a Faeces-Eating Animal.

Issue No. 1459- If the first day of the month of Ramadan is not proved, it is not obligatory to observe fast. However, if it is proved later that the day on which he did not observe fast was, in fact, the first of the month, he should perform qaḍā of that day.
Issue No. 2298- Acting upon a covenant is obligatory as it is in the case of a vow, provided that the formula for it is pronounced. For example, one should say, “I make a covenant with Allah that I will perform that certain good act”. However, if one does not pronounce the formula or if that act is not desirable from the Islamic point of view, his covenant is not valid.
Issue No. 2070- In temporary marriage, the duration of the contract and the amount of mahr should be specified, and without specifying these two, the marriage will be void.
Issue No.264- The face and arms should be washed from above downwards, and if one washes the opposite way, the wuḍū will be void.
