Necessity of Observing Qaza Fasting If the First Day of Month was Proven Later
Issue No. 1459- If the first day of the month of Ramadan is not proved, it is not obligatory to observe fast. However, if it is proved later that the day on which he did not observe fast was, in fact, the first of the month, he should perform qaḍā of that day.
