Issue No.343- Wuḍū is recommended for the following purposes: (i) Recitation of the holy Qur'an; (ii) For the prayer for the dead individual; (iii) Reciting supplications, etc. It is also recommended for a person who has already performed wuḍū, to perform a fresh wuḍū for performing prayers. If wuḍū is performed for the purpose of any one of the above acts, it suffices for doing all acts in which performing wuḍūis required.
Issue No.339- It is not obligatory to prevent a child or an insane person from touching the s c r i p t of the holy Qur’an. However, if they do an action that violates its sanctity, they should be prevented.
Issue No.346- If there is an open wound, abscess or broken bone in one’s face or hands, but water is harmful for it, it suffices if one washes its surroundings and wipes a wet hand on it if it is not harmful to it. However, if it is harmful, it is recommended that he places a ṭāhir piece of cloth on it and wipes a wet hand on that cloth.
Issue No.350- If a person has a jabīrah on the palm of his hand and fingers and he has wiped a wet hand on it while performing wuḍū, he should also perform the wiping of his head and feet with the same wetness, and if it is not sufficient, he should take wetness from other parts of wuḍū.
Issue No.353- If something is stuck on the parts of wuḍū or ghusl, and it is not possible or it is too hard to remove it, one should follow the rules of jabīrah. That is, he should wash its surroundings and wipe a wet hand on it.
Issue No.354- The jabīrah ghusl is like jabīrah wuḍū.
Issue No.355- If a person is obliged to do tayammum, and he has a wound, abscess or fractured bone in parts of tayammum, he should perform jabīrah tayammum as prescribed in jabīrah wuḍū.
Issue No.356- If a person who is obliged to perform jabīrah wuḍū or ghusl knows that his excuse will not cease until the end of the prayer time; he can perform his prayer at the beginning of the time. However, if there is hope that his excuse will cease before the end of prayer time, he should wait, as an obligatory precaution.
Issue No.357- If it is harmful to wash the face due to eye soreness, one should perform tayammum, and if he can wash the surroundings of the eye and the rest of the face, it will be sufficient.
Issue No.358- It is not necessary to repeat the prayers performed with jabīrah wuḍū or ghusl. However, if the excuse ceases before the end of prayer time, the prayer should be repeated, as an obligatory precaution.
Issue No.362- It often happens that the body is slackened after semen is discharged, but this is not among the decisive conditions and signs of janābah.
Issue No.375- If a person is sure that the time for prayer has set in and intends to perform an obligatory ghusl, but comes to know after performing it (ghusl) that it has been performed before the time, the ghusl will be valid. Similarly, if he performs ghusl with the intention of an obligatory prayer, then it turns out that the time for prayer had passed; his ghusl will still be correct.
