Performing Prayer at the Beginning of the Time When One Knows That His Excuse Will not Cease
Issue No.356- If a person who is obliged to perform jabīrah wuḍū or ghusl knows that his excuse will not cease until the end of the prayer time; he can perform his prayer at the beginning of the time. However, if there is hope that his excuse will cease before the end of prayer time, he should wait, as an obligatory precaution.
