Issue No.872- "Allahu Akbar", like other dhikrs of prayer and al-fātiḥa and sūrah, should be pronounced in correct Arabic. Therefore, if a one pronounces these words in wrong Arabic, or utters their translation, it will not be sufficient.
Issue No.830- It is haram, as an obligatory precaution, to take an original najāsah (e.g., blood and urine) into the mosque, even though it may not cause desecration of the mosque. However, there is no problem if the najāsah is very small which is sometimes in the clothes of the person who enters the mosque or the clothes of children. Similarly, taking something which has become najis into the mosque like najis clothes or shoes is not haram, provided that it does not cause desecration of the mosque and does not make the mosque najis.
Issue No. 2086- It is not haram for a man to take photos of a non-maḥram woman, unless it entails looking at her body other than her face and hands.
Issue No. 1576- The obligatory precaution is that indigent sayyids cannot receive khums in excess of their annual expenses.
Issue No.913- As an obligatory precaution, one cannot take wages for teaching the obligatory acts of prayer. However, there is no harm in taking wages for teaching recommended acts, unless they are among the Islamic sacraments, or protecting divine laws depends on teaching them.
Issue No.1970- The obligatory precaution is that a mortgage should not take place without delivering the mortgaged property to the creditor. However, in case the mortgage is done in such a way that for example, a house is mortgaged in accordance with a title deed, and then the title deed is given to the creditor so that if necessary, he can take his claim from the proceedings of its sale, though the debtor may be living in that house, there will be no harm in it.
Issue No.1801- If a person sells a commodity on credit, there is no harm if he reduces his claim later and takes the balance in cash.
Issue No.39- Tap water in buildings, bathrooms, etc., which is connected to a reservoir, is treated as flowing water, provided that the water in the reservoir alone or together with the water in the pipes is not less than kurr.
Issue No.961- At a place where a person has to observe taqīyyah (concealing one’s faith in dangerous situations), he can perform sajdah on a carpet or other similar objects, and it is not necessary for him to go somewhere else to perform sajdah on turbah. In case, however, he can perform sajdah at the same place on a mat, stone or any other thing on which it is permissible to perform sajdah, it is obligatory to do so.
Issue No.19- Whenever Two Mujtahids are equally learned, it is permissible to follow one in some rulings, and the other in other rulings. If, however, he acts according to the rulings of one Mujtahid, he cannot follow the other Mujtahid in the same issues.
Issue No.992- A person who is offering prayers should observe the sequence of the acts of prayers as was explained in the previous issues, and if he intentionally changes the sequence of the prayers, for example, if he performs the two Sajdahs before Ruku', or if he recites Tashahhud before performing the two Sajdah, his prayers would become void. And if he changes the sequence by mistake, he should, if he has not yet entered the succeeding Rukn (basic element), return and do it so that the sequence is observed. If a person forgets a Rukn of the prayers and performs the succeeding Rukn, for example before performing Ruku' he performs the two Sajdahs, his prayers would become void.
Issue No. 1342- Chewing food to feed a child or tasting food, etc., or washing the mouth with water or a medicine will not invalidate the fast, if it is not swallowed. If it happens to reach the throat involuntarily, there would be no problem in it. However, if a person knows beforehand that it will reach there involuntarily, his fast will be void and he will have to make up that fast in addition to offering kaffāra (atonement).
