Doubt about Having Washed the Body Properly

Issue No.383- If a part of the body is out of the water and one makes the intention of ghusl by immersion and then submerges in the water, it is sufficient. However, the ghusl will not be valid as an obligatory precaution when one’s whole body is under water and he moves around.

The same ruling applies if he intends to give him haram money or the money from which he has not paid due khums.
Issue No.396- If a person uses water more than usual in a public bath, his ghusl is void as an obligatory precaution, unless he intends to get the consent of the owner by paying him extra.
