Qualifications of Nursemaid
Issue No. 2127- It has been narrated from the Infallibles (as) that the wet-nurse chosen for a child should be sane, faithful, chaste and good looking, and one should refrain from hiring an insane, unfaithful, ugly, ill-tempered or illegitimately born wet-nurse. One should also avoid entrusting a child with a wet-nurse whose milk is due to giving birth to an illegitimate child [1].
