Issue No. 1354- If a person, who is fasting, intentionally ascribes false information to Allah and the Prophet (pbuh) and his infallible vicegerents (as), verbally or in writing or by making a sign, his fast becomes void, as an obligatory precaution, even if he may repent for it right away. The same ruling also applies to imputing lies to all the other prophets and to Lady Fatima (as).
Issue No. 1354- If a person, who is observing fast, intentionally ascribes something false to Allah and the Prophet (pbuh) and his vicegerent (a.s.), verbally or in writing or by making a sign, his fast becomes void , as an obligatory precaution, even if he may at once repent for it. Issue No. 1406- If a person who is fasting ascribes lies to Allah and the Holy Prophet (pbuh) one kaffāra will be enough and it is not necessary offer collective kaffāra.
Issue No. 1358- If a person who is fasting, is asked whether the Holy Prophet (pbuh) has said such and such thing, and he intentionally says ‘Yes’, while the Holy Prophet (pbuh) has not said so or he says ‘No’, while the Holy Prophet (pbuh) has said so, his fast is void as an obligatory precaution.
Issue No. 1356- If a person quotes something as the word of Allah or of the Holy Prophet with the belief that it is true, but realises later that it was untrue, his fast does not become void. But, on the contrary, if he ascribes something to Almighty Allah or the Holy Prophet (pbuh) knowing it to be false and understands later that it was true, his fast is void as an obligatory precaution.

Issue No. 1357- If a person intentionally ascribes to Allah or the Holy Prophet (pbuh) a falsehood fabricated by someone else, his fast is void as an obligatory precaution.
Issue No. 1458- If the first day of a month is proved in a city, it will be sufficient for other cities which are near it. Similarly, it will be proven for the distant cities that are united in their horizon (i.e. cities which share the same longitude).
Issue No. 1651- A person who is a debtor and cannot repay his debt can receive zakāt to repay the debt, though he may possess enough money to meet the annual expenses provided that he has not spent the loan for some sinful purposes.
Issue No. 2166- The obligatory precaution is that the formula of khul‘ or mubārāt divorce should be pronounced in correct Arabic. However, if in order to give her property to her husband the woman says in English [for example]: "I will give you such and such property in return of the divorce" it is sufficient.
Issue No.1088- Precautionary Prayers does not have Adhan, Iqamah, Surah and Qunut, and Surah al-Hamd should be recited silently, and the obligatory precaution is that its 'Bismillah' should also be pronounced silently. And one should not do any thing, between the original prayers and the Precautionary Prayers, which would invalidate the prayers.
Issue No.840- It is disliked for a person to enter a mosque if he has consumed onion or garlic, whose bad smell is a source of discomfort to others.
