Assertion of the First Day of Month in a City Suffices for all Cities
Issue No. 1458- If the first day of a month is proved in a city, it will be sufficient for other cities which are near it. Similarly, it will be proven for the distant cities that are united in their horizon (i.e. cities which share the same longitude).
