The Duty of a person who has not Observed the Fasts due to Legal Excuse and Dies with the Excuse
Issue No. 1432- If a person does not observe the fasts of the month of Ramadan due to illness, ḥayḍ or nifās and dies before the end of the month of Ramadan, it is not necessary to perform the fasts that were not performed on his or her behalf.
