One Who Has Invalidated His Fast Intentionally and Then It Becomes Clear That It Was the Last Day of Sha‘ban
Issue No. 1413- If a person is confidently sure that it is the first day of the holy month of Ramadan and terminates his fast intentionally, but later becomes clear that it is the last day of the month of Sha‘bān, it is not obligatory on him to offer kaffāra.
