If a Person Who Is in Possession of Something Says That It Is Najis or Ṭāhir
Issue No.167- If a person who is in possession of something says that it is najis or ṭāhir, his word must be accepted irrespective of whether he is just or not, provided that he is mature [1]. Therefore, if a child says so, his word does not have to be accepted unless one is certain that he is telling the truth.
