Rules of Granting a Part of Lost Property if the Agent doesn't know its Features
Issue No.1934- If a person declares whoever finds his lost property he would give him half of it, while the executor is not aware of the particulars and the value of the lost property, the Ju‘ālah is void as an obligatory precaution.
