Method of Possessing Child' Property by his Father or Paternal Grandfather
Issue No.1780- The father or paternal grandfather of a child have, as an obligatory precaution, the right to sell, buy and make use of the property of the child, provided that it is in the child's best interest. The same rule applies to the executor and the Mujtahid or his representative.
