Method of Distributing if there is no Profit

Issue No.1890- If the period of Sharecropping (tenancy) comes ends, and the crop has not yet become available, in case this is due to the failure of the farmer, the landowner can make the farmer remove the crop from there. However, if it is due to the year being delayed (as is common), the landowner should wait, and if it is neither of them, and the farmer sustains a loss owing to its being removed, but the landowner does not sustain a loss, the latter should wait. However, if he (the landowner) sustains a loss, he has the right to make the farmer remove the crop.

Issue No. 132Sweat of a Person Who Enters the State of Janābah by Haram Means

Method of Ghusl for Haram Janābah

Issue No. 132- It is a recommended precaution to avoid the sweat of a junub out of haram means and in order to observe this precaution, it is better to perform ghusl with tepid water so that the body does not perspire. This is in the case where a person performs ghusl with less than kurr water, but if he performs ghusl with kurr water and the like, there will be no problem. However, after performing ghusl, one should, as a recommended precaution, rinse the whole body once.

Method of Ghusl of a Dead Body

Issue No.538- Ghusl for a dead body is similar to that of janābah. However, the recommended precaution is that so long as sequential ghusl is possible the dead body should not be given ghusl by immersion. However, it is permissible, in the case of sequential ghusl, to immerse each part of the three parts of the body in the water. If someone dies in the state of ḥayḍ or janābah, the ghusl given to the dead body will suffice.

Method of Offering Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha Prayers

Issue No. 1308- Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha prayers consist of two rak‘ats. In the first rak‘at, one should recite sūrah al-fātiḥa and the sūrah and then say five takbīrs, and after every takbīr he should recite qunūt. After the fifth qunūt, he should say another takbīr and then perform rukū‘ and two sajdahs. He should then stand up and say four takbīrs in the second rak‘at, and recite qunūt after each one. Thereafter, he should say the fifth takbīr and then perform rukū‘ and two sajdahs. After the second sajdah he should recite tashahhud, and then complete the prayer with salām.

Issue No.706- As was said earlier, the nawāfil should be offered in two rak‘ats, except for Witr which is one rak‘at. And in case one wishes to perform Witr prayer while sitting, he should offer two prayers of one rak‘at each in the sitting posture.

G) Friday prayer consists of two rak‘ats like fajr prayer. It has two qunūts, one recited before the rukū‘ in the first rak‘at and the other recited after the rukū‘ in the second rak‘at. It is recommended for the imam to recite sūrah Jumu’ah after al-fātiḥa in the first rak‘at, and recite chapter Munafeqeen in the second rak‘at. Moreover, as an obligatory precaution, if the imam starts reciting one of these two it is not permissible to switch to another sūrah.

Issue No.702- Out of the eleven rak‘ats of the night prayer, eight rak‘ats should be offered with the intention of the night prayer, two rak‘ats with the intention of shaf‘ prayer, and one rak‘at with the intention of Witr prayer.

Method of Performing Prayer of Fear

Issue No.594- It is recommended to offer Prayer of Fear (waḥshat) on the first night of the burial of a dead body with the hope of it being desirable to Allah the Almighty. The method of performing this prayer is as follows:In the first rak‘at, after reciting sūrah al-fātiḥa one recites āyatulkursī once, and in the second rak‘at, sūrah al-Qadr should be recited ten times after sūrah al-fātiḥa; and after ending the prayer with salām, the following supplication should be recited:اللّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلى مُحَمَّد وَ آلِ مُحَمَّد وَ ابْعَثْ ثَوابَهَا اِلَى قَبْرِ... (Here the name of the deceased should be mentioned)

Method of Performing Precautionary Prayer

Issue No.1087- One upon whom offering 'Precautionary prayer' is an obligation, should make its intention immediately after reciting the salām of the prayer, and pronounce Allahu Akbar, recite sūrah al-fātiḥa [and not the sūrah recited afterwards in normal prayers], then perform rukū‘ and two sajdahs. If it is a one rak‘at Precautionary prayer, tashahhud and salām of the prayer after the two sajdahs should be recited. However, if it is a two rak‘at Precautionary prayer, after the two sajdahs, another rak‘at like the first one should be performed, with the prayer ending with tashahhud and salām.

Issue No. 927Rukū‘ (Bowing)

Issue No.927- In every rak‘at, a person offering prayer should, after reciting al-fātiḥa and the sūrah, bow to an extent that he is able to place his palms on his knees. Rather, the obligatory precaution is that he should place his palms on his knees.
