Issue No. 2109- If a woman suckles an infant under the conditions that will be explained later, the father of that child cannot marry the daughters of that woman nor, as an obligatory precaution, can he marry the daughter of the man to whom the milk belongs. Moreover, the obligatory precaution is that he should not marry the riḍā‘ī daughters of that woman also. However, there is no objection in marrying the riḍā‘ī daughters of that woman from another husband.

Issue No. 2159- It is not necessary for 'return' to take place for the man to call any person to witness or inform his wife. If he says, “I have re-joined my wife”, the 'return' is in order, even if no one comes to know about it.

Issue No.2410- If a deceased has a child in the mother’s womb and there are also, in its group, other heirs such as children and parents, at the time of dividing the inheritance, the shares of two sons should be set aside for the child in the womb. If the child is born alive, it inherits, and if, for example, one boy and one girl are born, then other heirs should divide the surplus amongst themselves. If there is no other heir in the category of the child and it is born alive, it will inherit the entire property, otherwise it will be divided among other heirs.

Issue No.2409- If a person kills one of his relatives intentionally and unjustly, he does not inherit from him. However, if it was due to inadvertence, for example, if he threw a stone in the air and it accidentally hit one of his relatives and killed him, in this case he inherits from him.

Issue No.2408- A Muslim inherits from a non-Muslim but a non-Muslim does not inherit from a deceased Muslim, even if he is his father or son.

Issue No.2403- If a woman is given revocable divorce in the manner explained in the rules relating to divorce, and she dies during the waiting period of divorce (‘iddah), her husband inherits from her. Also, if the husband dies during the period of that ‘iddah, the wife inherits from him. However, if one of them dies during the period of ‘iddah of irrevocable divorce, the other does not inherit from him/her.

Issue No. 1339- All sorts of injections and vaccines whether medicinal or nutrient would not invalidate fast if they are injected in muscle, as is the case with intramuscular vaccines. But intravenous injection will make the fast void whether by serum or needle. In addition, blood transfusion will invalidate fast; one should refrain from invalidators till the end of the day, and as an obligatory precaution, make up for the fast of that day as well.

Issue No.2004- If the owner of a property becomes insane, the trustee should return it immediately to his legal guardian, or inform him so that he retrieves it. In case he does not do so without any valid excuse, and the property is perished, he will be responsible for it, unless his guardian allows the deposit to remain in its place.

Issue No. 1212- If the eldest son was not mature [1] or was insane at the time of his father or mother’s death, he should offer the qaḍā of the fasts and prayers of his father and mother when he becomes mature or gains sanity.

Issue No. 2438- When it is agreed upon between government or an insurance company on the one hand and a policy holder on the other that the policy holder will pay a specific amount every month or every year and, in case he sustains loss, government or the Insurance company shall compensate him for it, such a transaction is called 'insurance'. And this is an independent transaction and contract which is valid, if specific conditions, that will be explained later, are fulfilled. It does not make any difference whether it is a life insurance of an insurance which includes commercial goods or buildings, cars, ships, aeroplanes, or employees and labourers and the likes.

Issue No.1165- What was said in the previous issue about intending to stay at a place for ten days means that one should intend to stay there for ten “days” therefore the night before and the night after this are not included. Therefore, as soon as he determines that he will stay there from the fajr adhān on the first day up to the maghrib time of the tenth day, he should offer complete prayer. Likewise, he should offer complete prayer, if he intends to stay there from the midday of the first day up to midday of the eleventh day.

Issue No.1022- It is obligatory that a person, who is in prayer, responds to Salām with the intention of replying to Salām, not with the intention of reciting some verses of the holy Qur’an, etc.
