If the Follower Recites al-Fātiḥa and the Sūrah Inadvertently

Issue No. 1277- If the follower recites sūrah al-fātiḥa and the other sūrah by mistake, or recites sūrah al-fātiḥa and the sūrah thinking that the voice which he is hearing is not the voice of the imam and realizes later that it was the voice of the imam his prayer is in order. And if he doubts whether it is the voice of the imam or of another person, the obligatory precaution is that he should not recite sūrah al-fātiḥa and the sūrah.

If the Groups who Inherit do not Exist

Issue No.2353- If the deceased’s own paternal uncle and aunt and the maternal uncle and aunt and their children do not exist, then the paternal uncle and aunt and the maternal uncle and aunt of the deceased’s parents will inherit, and if they do not exist, their descendants will inherit. And in the absence of their descendants, the paternal uncle and aunt and the maternal uncle and aunt of the deceased’s grandparents will inherit and if they are not alive, the property is inherited by their descendants.

Issue No. 2378Inheritance of the Second Group

If the Heir Is Maternal Grandparent or Mother's Brothers

Issue No.2378- If the heirs of the deceased are the maternal grandfather or grandmother (or both) along with the maternal brothers, the maternal grandfather will be treated like a brother and the maternal grandmother like a sister; the property is divided equally between them. However, in case the heirs are the paternal grandfather or grandmother (or both) along with paternal brothers (or paternal and maternal brothers), the grandfather will be treated as a brother and the grandmother as a sister, and the property will be divided between them in such a manner that every man will get twice as much as the share of a woman.

Issue No. 2355Inheritance of the First Group

If the Heir Is One Person of the First Group

Issue No.2355- If out of the first group, there is only one heir of the deceased (for example, the father or mother or only one son or only one daughter) he/she inherits the entire property. In case there is more than one son or daughter, the property will be divided among them equally. However, if there are both sons and daughters, the property is divided among them in such a way that each son gets twice the share of each daughter.
