Sixth condition: There should be enough time to perform Wuḍū and prayer.Issue No.302- One should have enough time to perform wuḍū and prayer. Therefore in the case of time being so short that if wuḍū is performed, the entire prayer or some of its obligatory acts will fall after the prescribed time, he should perform prayer with tayammum.
Issue No.820- If a person is remiss in going to the mosque, it is befitting that one should not have friendship with him, share meals with him or consult him in his affairs, or have marital relations with him.
Issue No.1162- If a person lives in two places, e.g., he lives in one city for six months, and in another city for another six months, both of them are considered to be his hometowns and it is even possible that one may have three hometowns.
Issue No. 2208- If the thing one has found is with him at the time of performing wuḍū and offering prayer, there is no harm in it if his intention is to look after it in this way so that he could act about it in accordance with sharia (Islamic law).
Issue No.1127- If one decides to travel up to a point which is less distance than eight farsakhs but in the middle of the way or after reaching the destination, he wishes to travel further to another place and the two distances add up to eight farsakhs or more together, he should offer complete prayer since he did not intend on travelling eight farsakhs when he commenced his journey. In case however he intends to travel eight farsakhs further from the second point the prayer should be shortened.
Issue No. 2331- If a person who observes signs of death in himself has deposited some property with some other person or has concealed it in a place of which his heirs are not aware, and if owing to the ignorance of the heirs their right is lost, he should inform them about it. And if he has minor children and it is possible that their property may perish or they themselves may be lost without a legal guardian, he should appoint an honest guardian for them.
Issue No. 2092- There is no problem in hearing a non-maḥram woman’s voice if it is not with the intention of lustful pleasure and if it does not lead to falling into sin. However, the woman should not make the tone of her voice in a way that would be provocative for others.
Issue No.1158- If a person reaches a place where the adhān of the city, which is usually pronounced from an elevated place, cannot be heard, he should shorten his prayer, although he may hear an adhān broadcast from a strong loud speaker. If a person’s eyes or ears are stronger or weaker than the usual ones, they are not the criteria; rather the criteria are normal eyes or ears.
Issue No. 1559- Heavy weapons such as tanks, artilleries, etc., which are used in today’s wars and are not of personal use, can be placed at the disposal of the army of Islam exclusively by the Mujtahid who is in charge of the Islamic government.
Issue No. 1227- It is haram to absent oneself from the congregational prayer out of heedlessness or on account of taking it lightly.
Issue No.767- There is no harm in wearing clothes which are usurped or made of pure silk or of dead body or are embroidered with gold when it becomes inevitable and urgent. And one can offer prayer with such clothes.
Issue No. 1474- Khums is obligatory on seven things:1- Profit or income gained. 2- Minerals.3- Treasure4- Halal wealth mixed with haram.5- Gems obtained from the sea by diving.6- Spoils of war.7- A land which a dhimmī unbeliever (a non-Muslim living under the protection of Islamic Government) purchases from a Muslim (as an obligatory precaution).
