Issue No.162- If a page of the holy Qur'an, supplication or a paper on which the names of Allah Almighty, the holy prophet (ṣ) or the holy Imams (as) are written, falls in a najis place, it is obligatory to take it out and make it ṭāhir immediately even if it entails some expense. In the case of it not being possible to take it out and it has fallen into a lavatory, the use of that lavatory must be discontinued until one is certain that the page has disintegrated or the script has faded away as an obligatory precaution.

Issue No. 1440- A traveller should not fast as per the conditions and rulings that were explained in the section relating to the prayer of a traveller. Generally, one should not observe fast wherever the prayer should performed as qaṣr, and wherever a traveller offers full prayers (like a person whose profession is travelling or who has intended to stay in a place for ten days), he should observe fast.

Issue No. 1387- A person who has touched a dead body, and ghusl has become obligatory on him/her, can perform fast without performing ghusl for touching a dead body. Similarly, the fast does not become void if the dead body is touched in the state of fasting..

Issue No. 1367- If a person is obliged to immerse his head in water in order to save a human being from drowning, his fast is void as an obligatory precaution. However, saving a human’s life is obligatory and one should perform the qaḍā of the broken fast, if he immerses his head in water.

Issue No. 1446- If a person forgets that he is a traveller or forgets that the fast of a traveller is void, and observes fast while travelling, he should as an obligatory precaution, observe the qaḍā of that fast later.

Issue No. 1445- If a person, who does not know that the fast of a traveller is invalid, observes fast while travelling, his fast is valid, but if he realizes the ruling during the day, his fast will become void.

Issue No. 1386- A woman in istiḥāḍah should do her ghusl according to the rules mentioned for istiḥāḍah, and her fast will be correct.

Issue No. 1462- There are two days in the year on which it is haram to observe fast: Eid al-Fitr (the 1st of Shawwal) and Eid al-Adha (10th of Dhu al-Hijjah).

Issue No. 2044- The paternal and maternal aunt of a man and the paternal and maternal aunt of his father and the paternal and maternal aunt of his paternal grandfather and the paternal and maternal aunt of his mother, and the paternal and maternal aunt of his maternal grandmother, as the line ascends, are all his maḥram.

Issue No. 2037- A virgin girl should obtain permission from her father or paternal grandfather for marriage but if she is rashīdah, (i.e., she is able to decide what is in her interest) and according to the prominent figures of the girl’s family the man and woman suit one another, however, the girl’s father disagrees, then there is no need for his permission anymore. The same ruling applies if a girl had married in the past.

Issue No. 2045- The husband’s father and his grandfather, as far as the line continues, and the husband’s sons and grandsons, as far as the line descends, whether they existed at the time of her marriage or were born afterwards, are all maḥram to her.

Issue No.362- It often happens that the body is slackened after semen is discharged, but this is not among the decisive conditions and signs of janābah.
