Issue No.799- If the consent of the owner of a property is known not verbally but from the context, the prayer in such property is correct. On the contrary if the owner permits verbally but one knows that he does not deeply agree [from his heart], he cannot perform prayer there.
Issue No.801- There is no problem in performing prayer and using the property of a dead person who is indebted to people with the permission of the heirs provided that it is not counted as violating the creditors’ rights.
Issue No.802- If some of the deceased’s heirs are either minor, insane, or absent, use of that property and offering prayer on it are haram. However, the minor uses which are necessary in order to transfer the deceased are excluded from the rule.
Issue No.810- It is befitting that as a matter of courtesy one should not offer prayer ahead of the graves of the holy Prophet (ṣ) and the holy Imams (as). If it entails irreverence, it is haram and prayeris void as an obligatory precaution, otherwise, it is not void.
Issue No.812- If a woman stands next to a man or ahead of him, and both of them begin the prayer together, both prayers will be void. However, if one of them starts earlier than the other, his /her prayer is correct, and the prayer of the second is void.
Issue No.817- Since the propagation of Islamic issues and teachings usually takes place in mosques, if women protect themselves from non-maḥram, it would be better for them to offer prayer in a mosque, and if there is no other way for learning Islamic issues other than going to the mosque, it is obligatory to go there.
Issue No.820- If a person is remiss in going to the mosque, it is befitting that one should not have friendship with him, share meals with him or consult him in his affairs, or have marital relations with him.
Issue No.822- If a person is offering prayer at a place where people are passing, it is mustaḥab that he should set a demarcation before him, and it is sufficient if that thing is a walking stick, an Islamic rosary, or a string.
Issue No.363- It is recommended for one to urinate after seminal discharge so that the remaining particles may come out. In case, therefore, he does not urinate and after ghusl, a liquid which is not known to be semen or something else comes out, it will be deemed as semen and he must perform ghusl again.
Issue No.14- If a person performs his acts for some time while not following a Mujtahid, and later follows a Mujtahid, his former actions will be valid if they are in accordance with the fatwās of that Mujtahid, otherwise, he should inquire the Mujtahid's view about his acts and act accordingly. In the same manner, he should repeat the acts where he has followed a Mujtahid without sufficient investigation.
Issue No.828- It is haram to make the shrines of the holy Prophet (ṣ) and Imams (as) najis and when they become najis it is obligatory to make them ṭāhir if it causes desecration. Rather, even if it entails no desecration, they should be made ṭāhir as an obligatory precaution.
Issue No.830- It is haram, as an obligatory precaution, to take an original najāsah (e.g., blood and urine) into the mosque, even though it may not cause desecration of the mosque. However, there is no problem if the najāsah is very small which is sometimes in the clothes of the person who enters the mosque or the clothes of children. Similarly, taking something which has become najis into the mosque like najis clothes or shoes is not haram, provided that it does not cause desecration of the mosque and does not make the mosque najis.
