Issue No.923- If a person doubts while in rukū‘ whether or not he has recited tasbīḥāt arbaʿah, he should ignore his doubt. However, if he has not bowed to the extent enough for rukū‘, he should, as an obligatory precaution, return and recite it.
Issue No.634- If a person doubts whether or not any time is left for performing prayer with wuḍū or ghusl, he should perform wuḍū or ghusl, but if he knows there is a little time left, but fears if he performs wuḍū or ghusl, he will not have time for prayer, he should perform tayammum.
Issue No. 1311- If a person doubts as to how many takbīrs or qunūts of the Eid Prayer he has performed, and if he has not yet passed its place, he should select the lesser number, and there is no harm if it transpires later that he had performed it.
Issue No.214- If one doubts whether a najis object has transformed or not, it remains najis.
Issue No.144- If one has doubts about the wetness or contact, the object will remain ṭāhir.
Issue No.1121- If a person does not know whether his journey is eight farsakhs or not, he should not shorten his prayer. However, if he doubts the situation, he should enquire from people who are familiar with the path to his destination, in case it does not cause him much hardship.
Issue No.29- If the quantity of an amount of water was equal to kurr or more, and later on one doubts whether it has reduced to less than kurr, it will be treated as equal to kurr. On the contrary, if water was less than kurr, and later, one doubts whether it increased to the amount of kurr, it should be treated as less than kurr water.
Issue No.56- Water which was previously unmixed that we are uncertain whether has turned into mixed water or not (like in the case of floodwater where we don’t know whether it is called normal water or not anymore), will be treated as unmixed water, i.e., it will make najis things ṭāhir and it will also be in order to perform wuḍū and ghusl with it. However, if it was previously mixed water, and it is not known whether or not it has turned into unmixed water, it will be treated as mixed water.

Issue No. 1050 - If while offering prayer, a person doubts after the time of performance of an act has passed, as to whether he has performed that act or not, like if he doubts, while in rukū‘, whether or not he has recited sūrah al-fātiḥa or the other sūrah or after he goes into sajdah, doubts whether or not he has performed rukū‘, he should ignore the doubts, irrespective of whether the next act is a foundational one or not.
Issue No.137-An object which was previously ṭāhir and one doubts whether or not has become najis, will be considered as ṭāhir. If an object was previously najis and one doubts whether or not it has become ṭāhir will be considered as najis.
