Issue No.1094- When a person doubts about the number of the Rak’ats of Precautionary Prayers, he should decide on the higher side, but if the higher side renders the Precautionary Prayers void, he should decide on the lesser and his prayers will be in order.
Issue No.1092- If a person doubts whether or not he offered the Precautionary Prayers which was obligatory on him, if the time of prayers has lapsed, he should ignore the doubt. And if he has time at his disposal, and he has not performed an act which invalidates the prayers, he should offer Precautionary Prayers and if he has performed an act which invalidates the prayers, the obligatory precaution is that he should offer Precautionary Prayers and repeat his prayers as well.
Issue No. 1053 - If a person doubts while rising to stand, whether or not he has performed tashahhud, or while going into sajdah, doubts whether or not he has performed rukū‘, the obligatory precaution is to go back and perform it.
Issue No. 1684- If a person doubts whether he has paid the obligatory zakāt or not, he should pay it, even if his doubt is with regard to zakāt for earlier years.
Issue No.397- If a person doubts whether he has done ghusl or not, he should perform it, but if after ghusl one doubts whether his ghusl was correct or not, he should not pay heed to his doubt.
Issue No.399-When one became junub and performed some prayers after that and he later doubts whether or not he had performed ghusl before the prayers, in this case the prayers he has performed are correct but he must perform ghusl for the subsequent prayers.
Issue No. 1053 - If a person doubts while rising to stand, whether or not he has performed tashahhud, or while going into sajdah, doubts whether or not he has performed rukū‘, the obligatory precaution is to go back and perform it.
Issue No.657- If a person doubts, after he has performed tayammum, whether or not he has done it correctly, he should not pay heed to his doubt and in case he doubts while performing tayammum, the obligatory precaution is that he should perform the part about which he is doubtful.
Issue No.878- If a person doubts whether he has pronounced takbīrat-ul-iḥrām or not, if he has started reciting al-fātiḥa, he should ignore his doubt, and in case he has not yet read anything, he should pronounce takbīr. However, if he knows that he has pronounced takbīrat-ul-iḥrām, but he doubts whether he has pronounced it correctly or not, he should ignore it if this doubt is after takbīr.
Issue No.1157- If a person doubts whether or not he has reached the limit of tarakhuṣ, or whether the voice he hears is of adhān or not, he should offer complete prayer. In case, however, he hears the adhān but the words are not clear, he should, as an obligatory precaution, offer both complete as well as qaṣr prayer.
Issue No. 1052 - If a person after rukū‘ or sajdah is certain that he has recited the obligatory dhikr yet doubts whether or not he has performed it correctly and with all the necessary conditions, he should ignore his doubt.
Issue No.855- If a person doubts before reciting iqāmah, whether he has recited adhān or not, he should recite adhān. But, if he doubts during iqāmah whether he has recited adhān, he should not pay attention to his doubt. However, if he doubts in the phrases of adhān and iqāmah, he should recite them again as an obligatory precaution.
