Issue No.1104- If a person doubts whether he has done an act which causes sajdah al-sahw or not, it is not necessary for him to perform it. However, if he doubts whether it is obligatory to perform sajdah al-sahw once or twice, it will be sufficient if he performs only once.
Issue No.431- If a girl who does not know whether she has completed nine years of age or not, sees blood which does not bear the signs of ḥayḍ, it is not considered as ḥayḍ, and in case it has the signs and she becomes sure that it is ḥayḍ, this is an indication of completion of nine years and maturity [1] . However, if a woman who doubts whether or not she has reached menopause, sees blood which she cannot decide whether or not it is the blood of ḥayḍ, she should consider it as ḥayḍ and assume that she has not yet reached menopause.
Issue No.327- If a person doubts during prayer whether he has performed wuḍū, he should finish the prayer, perform wuḍū, and repeat the prayer, as an obligatory precaution.
Issue No.431- If a girl who does not know whether she has completed nine years of age or not, sees blood which does not bear the signs of Hayz, it is not considered as Hayz, and in case it has the signs and she becomes sure that it is Hayz, this is an indication of completion of nine years and maturity[1] . Issue No.381- If a person doubts, after completing ghusl, whether or not he has washed the parts properly, he should not pay heed to his doubt.
Issue No.323- If a person doubts whether his wuḍū has become void, he should regard it as valid. On the contrary, if he had no wuḍū and doubts whether he has performed wuḍū or not, he should assume that he has not performed it.
Issue No. 2134- If it is doubted whether or not a child has sucked the quantity of milk which causes becoming maḥram, the child does not become maḥram, and one needs to become certain of it.
Issue No. 1247- If a follower doubts during prayer whether he has made the intention of following the imam or not, if he is in such a situation that makes him sure he is performing congregational prayer, he should complete the prayer with the congregation. However, if he does not become certain, he should continue the prayer with the intention of individual prayer.
Issue No.196- If a person rinses an object and becomes sure that it has become ṭāhir, but later doubts whether or not he had rinsed it correctly, the object is ṭāhir unless he knows that he had not been mindful when washing it.
Issue No.137-An object which was previously ṭāhir and one doubts whether or not has become najis, will be considered as ṭāhir. If an object was previously najis and one doubts whether or not it has become ṭāhir will be considered as najis.
Issue No.186- If one doubts whether najis water has reached the interior (insides) of something or not, its interior will be ṭāhir.
Issue No. 1304- If a person doubts as to how many rak‘ats he has offered, and is unable to arrive at any decision, his prayer is void. However, if he doubts as to how many rukū‘ he has performed, he should presume the lesser number of rukū‘s, and if he already has gone to sajdah, he should ignore his doubt.
