Issue No. 2198- If before the year comes to an end, a person loses all hope of finding the owner of the lost property which he has found or he has no hope of finding the owner from the beginning, he should, as an obligatory precaution, give that property on behalf of its original owner to the poor.

Dismissing the Agent and Related Rules

Issue No.1921- If a person dismisses his agent, he (the agent) cannot perform the task entrusted to him after he is informed of his dismissal. However, if he has already performed the task before the news regarding his dismissal reaches him, it will be in order. An agent can relinquish the agency whenever he wants to, even though the principal may be absent.

Dismissing the Agent's Agent without the Permission of Client

Issue No.1923- If an agent appoints someone as an agent for his principal with his permission, he cannot dismiss that agent, and if the first agent dies or relinquishes the agency, the second agency will not be invalidated. However, If he appoints someone as his own agent with the permission of the principal, both the principal and the first agent can dismiss that agent, and if the first agent dies or is dismissed, the second agency becomes invalid.

Dismissing the Traitor Custodian by the Judge Verdict

Issue No. 2318- If the custodian of a public waqf acts dishonestly and does not use its income for the specified purposes, the Mujtahid or his representative should appoint an honest person for it or assign him to act with the dishonest custodian. And if the custodian of a waqf for particular persons acts dishonestly, the Mujtahid or his representative should, albeit with the agreement of the present generation, appoint an honest custodian for it or associate an honest person with the dishonest custodian.

Dissection of a Muslim Dead Body

Issue No. 2449- Dissecting the dead body of a Muslim for medical purposes is permissible if the following conditions are fulfilled.1- The purpose should be learning and completion of medical information for saving the lives of Muslims, without which this purpose cannot be achieved.2- When there is no access to the dead body of a non-Muslim.3- In doing this, one should suffice to the necessary limit, and it is not permissible to exceed more than that. If these conditions are fulfilled, dissecting is not only permissible but it is also obligatory. However, it is not necessary that these conditions be fulfilled in respect to the dead body of a non-Muslim.

Issue No. 449Rules regarding a Ḥā’iḍ Woman

Divorce After a Woman Has Become Ṭāhir

Issue No.449-After a woman becomes ṭāhir, the divorce will be valid and her husband may also have sexual intercourse with her even though she may not have done ghusl yet but, the recommended precaution is to avoid having sexual intercourse with her before performing ghusl. However, other acts which were haram for her at the time of ḥayḍ like staying in a mosque and touching the script of the Holy Qur'an do not become permissible for her until she performs ghusl, as an obligatory precaution.

Issue No. 2217Rules Regarding Slaughtering and Hunting Of Animals

Dogs and Pigs Not Become Pak or Halal by Slaughtering and Hunting

Issue No. 2217- Dogs and pigs do not become ṭāhir by slaughtering and hunting and their meat is also haram. And if a flesh-eating predatory animal whose meat is haram like the wolf and leopard is slaughtered in the manner which will be mentioned later, or is hunted by weapon, it is ṭāhir, but its meat does not become halal. The same holds if a hunting dog hunts it down.

9 - Acts that Violate the Form of the PrayerIssue No. 1034 - Acts, which disturb the form of prayer, such as clapping, jumping, etc., invalidate the prayer, regardless of whether it is done intentionally or forgetfully. However, there is no problem in the acts that do not change the form of prayer, for instance, making a signal with one’s hand.
