Issue No.770- As an obligatory precaution, one should avoid wearing clothes which bring fame, meaning clothes worn with the intention of rīyā (showing off), for example having the intention of being known as a pious or hermit person, whether it is because of its fabric, colour or sewing pattern; although prayer performed in such clothes is not void. Likewise, if a person forgets that a place is usurped and offers prayer in it, and recollects it afterwards his prayer is valid. However, if he himself has usurped a place but forgot it, and offered prayer there, his prayer is void.
Issue No.795- If a person knows that a certain place is usurped but does not know the rule of prayer in a usurped place and offers prayer there, he should repeat his prayer as an obligatory precaution.
