Issue No. 2035- If the woman and the man, or any one of them, is coerced into matrimony, and they give consent after the contract of marriage has been pronounced, the obligatory precaution is to pronounce the formula of the marriage again.
Issue No. 1493- If a person establishes a garden with the intention of selling it after its price goes up, and if it is the time of selling it, he should pay khums on it. However, if his intention is to benefit from its fruits, he should pay khums on the fruits [at the end of the khums year if exceeds his expenses], and pay khums on the garden itself when he sells it.

Issue No. 1594- If before giving zakāt, one consumes a quantity of wheat, barley, date and raisin, or gives it away to another person, he should pay zakāt on the quantity spent by him.
Issue No.154- First: Eating and drinking najis objects is haram, and it is also haram to feed children original najāsah such as intoxicants. Moreover, as an obligatory precaution, one must avoid feeding children najis food. However, it is not necessary to stop a child who makes his food najis with najis hands.
Issue No.151- If a container with a hole in its bottom is placed on a najis surface, if the water inside the container flows out of the hole forcefully, the inside will not become najis.
J) Each sermon should include the following: 1. Praise of Allah (swt).2. Sending peace and blessings upon the Holy Prophet and his Household.3. Exhorting the people to observe piety. 4. Reciting a short sūrah from the Holy Qur’an in each sermon, like, “al-Ikhlāṣ”, “al-Kāfirūn” or “al-‘Aṣr”, as an obligatory precaution. 5. Seeking forgiveness for the believers as well as for himself as obligatory precaution. In the second sermon, while sending peace and blessings upon the holy Prophet and the Infallible Imams (as), the names of infallible Imams (as) should be mentioned one by one. Therefore, the first sermon consists of five parts and the second one consists of six parts. The prayer leader should recite the sermons while standing and he should sit down for a little while in between the two sermons. His voice should be loud enough to reach the audience. Furthermore, exhortation and guidance should be in a language understandable to the audience.
Issue No.152- If something like a needle enters the body and reaches a najis substance such as blood, it will not become najis provided that it has no trace of blood when taken out. Similarly the saliva and nose mucus that reach blood inside the mouth or the nose, will not become najis.
Issue No.146- If the ground, clothes, etc., are wet and a najis object comes in contact with a part of them, only that part becomes najis and the rest is ṭāhir unless the wetness is so much that it spreads to another part. The same applies to cucumbers, melons, yoghurt, etc.; if the wetness in them is not much and does not permeate, then only the part that comes in contact with najāsah becomes najis.
Issue No.153- If an object which has become najis, for instance, a hand that has touched urine, comes in contact with something ṭāhir when wet, that object will become najis too.
Issue No.27- If an original najis substance (like blood) reaches water which is more than kurr and changes a part of it, in the case of the unchanged part amounting to one kurr or more, only that part which has changed will be najis, otherwise the entire water becomes najis.
Issue No.434- It is not necessary for the blood to be discharged on the first and the fourth night, but it is essential that bleeding should not discontinue on the second and the third night.
