Woman Who Is Certain About Her Husband's Death and Observe Iddah

Issue No. 2153- If a woman becomes certain that her husband has died, and marries another man after completion of ‘iddah of death, and later on learns that her husband had died later, she should be divorced by her second husband. And the obligatory precaution is that if she is pregnant, she should observe ‘iddah of divorce as explained earlier for the second husband, and thereafter she should observe ‘iddah of death for four months and ten days for the first husband. In case she is not pregnant, she should observe ‘iddah of death for the first husband and then observe ‘iddah of divorce for the second husband.

Issue No. 2301- If a father forbids his son to take an oath, or the husband forbids his wife to take an oath, their oath is not valid. Even if a son takes an oath without the permission of his father, or a wife takes an oath without the permission of her husband, their oath will not be in order.

Women with Irregular Periods That Experience Lochia for More Than One Month Postpartum

Issue No.495- If women who do not have a fixed period (i.e., women with an irregular period and nāsīyah women), discharge blood for a month or more after childbirth, they should consider the first ten days as nifās, and the second ten days as istiḥāḍah and henceforth, if the blood has the signs of ḥayḍ, it should be treated as ḥayḍ, otherwise, it will also be istiḥāḍah.

Women with Regular Periods That Experience Lochia for One Month Postpartum

Issue No.494-Many women will discharge blood for a month or more after childbirth. If such women have a regular period, they should consider the time equal to the duration of their menstruation as nifās and the next ten days as istiḥāḍah. If after the lapse of ten days the bleeding coincides with the days of their menstrual period (irrespective of whether the blood bears the signs of ḥayḍ or not), they must act according to the rules relating to a ḥā’iḍ and in case it does not coincide with their period, it should be regarded as istiḥāḍah unless the blood has the signs of ḥayḍ.

Issue No.1831- In the agreement of the partnership, they can lay down a condition that both the partners will buy and sell together, or each of them may conclude transactions individually, or only one of them may conclude transactions. In any case, they should act according to the agreement reached between them. However, in case nothing is specified, neither of them can conclude any transactions with the capital, without the permission of the other.

Issue No. 2197- If, instead of announcing verbally, he makes a written announcement at places where people come and go, and the people there are mostly literate or the literate individuals read out the announcement to the illiterate ones, and if it remains there for a year, it will be sufficient.
