Issue No.75- If the outlet of faeces is cleaned with three pieces of stone, paper, and the like, and the tiny particles that are not usually removed except by water, are still there, it will not be problematic and one can perform prayer with it.
Issue No.73- The Urine outlet cannot be made ṭāhir without water. Washing with a hose connected to tap water is treated as washing with flowing water. Similarly, if one uses less than kurr water, it will be sufficient to wash it once, though it is better to wash it twice.
Issue No.2405- The dress, ornaments and other similar things that a husband buys for his wife belong to her, unless it is proved that he had not given them to her with a possessory intention, rather they had been lent to her for temporary use.
Issue No.753- The clothes of a person who offers prayer should not be made out of the parts of the body of a haram meat animal. Hence, if one carries on himself even one hair of such an animal while performing prayer, his prayer would be void.
Issue No.766- There is no problem in wearing clothes which are a mixture of silk and other material. However, if the other material is so little that it is not taken into consideration, it is [still] not permissible for men to wear it.
Issue No. 1618- One of the other conditions for zakāt to become obligatory on gold and silver is that they should be in the form of coins and are used for transactions. Therefore, zakāt is not due on coins which are not currency for transaction.
Issue No. 1405- If a person breaks the fast with something haram, collective atonement, i.e., all three types of kaffāra become obligatory on him as an obligatory precaution. It means that he should free a slave, fast for two months and also feed sixty indigent persons to their fill, (or give one mudd of food which is approximately 750 grams to each of them). If it is not possible for him to offer all three kaffāras mentioned, he should offer any one of them which is possible to him (irrespective of whether the haram act is consuming liquor or engaging in fornication, or sexual intercourse with one’s wife during ḥayḍ, etc.).
Issue No.282- There is no harm in performing wuḍū of some parts by immersion, and of others in the usual way. However, it is better that the wuḍū of the left arm is done in the usual way so that there is no problem in regard to wiping the head and the feet.
Issue No.740- If a person rinses his najis body or clothes and becomes sure that it has become ṭāhir and performs prayer in it but after the prayer comes to know that they had not become ṭāhir, his prayer is correct. However, he should make his clothes ṭāhir for the next prayers.
Issue No. 2028- If a woman appoints a person as her representative so that he may contract her marriage with a man for ten days or two months for example, but does not specify its beginning, the representative should set its beginning from the day and the hour he contracts her marriage.
Issue No. 1346- If a person forgets that he is in the state of fasting and performs sexual intercourse or he is compelled to have sexual intercourse in such a situation that leaves him no option but to do so, his fast does not become void. However, if he remembers that while having sexual intercourse or the compulsion ends, he should withdraw from the sexual intercourse at once, and if he does not do so, his fast becomes void.
Issue No. 1394- If a person who is fasting inadvertently or involuntarily does one of the nine invalidators which were explained earlier, his fast would be in order. However, if a junub person sleeps and does not perform ghusl till the fajr adhān, his fast, on the same conditions explained earlier, will be void as an obligatory precaution.
