When Jabīrah Covers One’s Face or Hand

Issue No.349- If the jabīrah covers one's face or a hand entirely, he should, as an obligatory precaution, perform both jabīrah wuḍū and tayammum. The same ruling applies if the entire parts of wuḍū are covered by jabīrah.

When Jabīrah Has Covered the Sides of the Wound More Than Usual

Issue No.351- If the jabīrah has covered the sides of the wound more than usual and it is not possible to remove it, the person concerned should follow the rules of jabīrah and as a recommended precaution, should also perform tayammum. However, if it is possible to remove the extra jabīrah, one should do so.

When Mixed Water Comes in to Contact with Najāsah

Issue No.54- If mixed water comes in to contact with a najis thing, it will become najis, except in three cases:1) When it falls on a najis thing from above; for example, if rosewater is poured on a najis hand from a sprinkler, the rosewater in the sprinkler does not become najis.2) When it goes upward with force, like in a fountain; in this case, only the part which touches the najāsah will become najis.3) When the quantity of the mixed water is so much that it is said that najāsah has not reached it. For example, if there is a large pool of mixed water, and a najis thing falls in a corner of it, or if a najis thing comes in to contact with one end of a very long oil pipe, in such cases the rest will not become najis.

When Nifās Exceeds Ten Days

Issue No.492- If nifās blood exceeds ten days, if her period is a numerically fixed one, she should consider the time equal to the duration of her menstruation as nifās and the rest as istiḥāḍah. However, if her period is not numerically fixed, she must consider ten days as nifās, and treat the rest as istiḥāḍah.

When One Bleeds within the Time of Her Menses but for More or Less Days Than Her Usual Cycle

Issue No.464- If a woman with a regular period sees blood at the time of her period, but the number of the days on which the blood discharges is more or less than the days of her period, if such woman sees blood before or after the time of her period for the same duration as her period, she should only consider the blood that she has seen at the time of her period as ḥayḍ.

Issue No. 521Rules regarding the Dead

When One Claims to Be the Guardian of the Deceased

Issue No.521- If someone claims that he is the appointed executor or the legal guardian of the deceased, or the legal guardian of the deceased has given him permission to carry out the obligatory acts and the corpse is in his possession, then all the dead person’s tasks should be carried out with his permission.
