Issue No.1795- There is no harm in buying and selling the ears of wheat and barley after the seeds are formed. But selling them for wheat and barley is not allowed as an obligatory precaution. Similarly, the product itself can be bought before the ears appear, whether they make a condition that they should remain until it is ripe, or be used only as grass.
Issue No.1793- If a person wants to sell the fruit which is on the tree before its flowers fall, the obligatory precaution is to sell it along with some of the products of the land, e.g., available vegetables.
Issue No. 1589- Payment of zakāt on wheat and barley becomes obligatory when their seeds are formed and are called wheat and barley. Zakāt on grape and raisins become obligatory when they are ripe and can actually be called grapes. Similarly, zakāt on palm-dates becomes obligatory when they are ripe and become eatable. However the time for paying zakāt on wheat and barley is when they are threshed and grains are separated from chaff. The time for paying zakāt on dates and raisins is when they become dry unless they are going to be consumed wet in which case they should pay its zakāt provided that their dried up quantity reaches the prescribed taxable limit.
Issue No.561- The prayer for the dead individual should be offered after the ghusl of the dead body, applying camphor and shrouding, and if it is offered before or during the performance of these acts, it does not suffice even though it may be due to forgetfulness or on account of not knowing the ruling.
Issue No.708- The ‘aṣr nāfilah is performed before ‘aṣr prayer, and its time is until the moment when the shadow of an indicator which appears after ẓuhr reaches 4⁄7 of its length as was explained in the previous issue.
Issue No.710-‘ishā’nāfilah should be performed after ‘ishā’ prayer and its time continues until midnight, and it is better to offer it immediately after ‘ishā’ prayer.
Issue No.711- The time for fajr nāfilah is before fajr prayer, from fajr adhān until the appearance of redness in the east. It can be offered immediately after the night prayer.
Issue No.709- Maghrib nāfilah should be performed after maghrib prayer and its time continues until the disappearance of the redness which appears in the sky in the west after sunset.
Issue No.712- The time for Night prayer is from midnight until the fajr adhān, as an obligatory precaution, and it is better to offer it at dawn, i.e., the last 1⁄3 of the night.
I) As an obligatory precaution, the sermons should be delivered after the ẓuhradhān and in case, they are delivered before adhān, the imam should deliver them again.
Issue No.707- The ẓuhr nāfilah is offered before ẓuhr prayer. Its time is from the commencement of ẓuhr, up to the time when the shadow of the indicator equals 2⁄(7 )of its length. For example, if an indicator is seven spans long, and the shadow which appears after midday becomes more than 2 spans long, the time for ẓuhr nāfilah ends.
Issue No.205- There is no harm in the tiny particles remaining on the bottom of the feet or shoes which cannot be cleaned off except with water. This also applies to the remaining odour and colour.
