Issue No. 1291- Time of āyāt Prayer with respect to eclipse starts from the moment the eclipse commences and continues to the time when the sun or the moon comes out of eclipse. However, the recommended precaution is that one should offer the prayer before the sun/moon begins to come out of the eclipse.
Issue No. 1292- When an earthquake, thunder, lightning, and other similar events take place, one should offer āyāt Prayer immediately, and in case one delays offering the prayer he has committed a sin, and as a recommended precaution, should offer it whenever he can offer it in his lifetime.
Issue No.682- One can start offering prayer only when he becomes certain that the time has set in or when at least one just (‘ādil) person gives information about the time having set in. The adhān of a reliable person who knows the timings will also suffice. In case one considers it highly probable, through other means (either by a correct watch or by something else), that the time has set in, that will also suffice.
Issue No. 1330- If a person has an unspecified obligatory fast [1] upon him to perform (e.g., the qaḍā fast of the Holy month of Ramadan or a fast for atonement), the time to make the intention for it is until ẓuhr, meaning, if he has not committed any fast invalidators and makes the intention before ẓuhr, his fast is correct.
Issue No. 1320- Regarding the recommended fast, the time for making intention to observe the fast continues throughout the day and it is possible to make an intention of fasting even moments before maghrib provided that one has not committed any act which invalidates the fast.
Issue No. 1317- In order to ensure that he has been fasting throughout this time, he should, as an obligatory precaution, begin abstaining a little earlier than fajr adhān, and continue to refrain for a little after maghrib, from acts which invalidate fast.
Issue No. 1329- If it is obligatory upon a person to observe a specific fast other than that of the holy month of Ramadan, for example, if he has vowed (nadhr) that he would fast on a particular day, and he does not make an intention purposely till the fajr adhān, his fast would be void, but if he forgets and remembers it before ẓuhr, he can make the intention of that fast.
Issue No. 1319- There is no specific time for making an intention. In fact, if one makes an intention at any time before fajr adhān, it would be sufficient. Therefore if he is asked while having suḥūr [1] "what are you doing" he would reply "I am going to fast" it would be sufficient.
Issue No.428- Both sayyid and non-sayyid women reach menopause after the age of fifty lunar years [1] . That is to say, any blood in this age is seen is not ḥayḍ unless the blood has all the signs of ḥayḍ, in which case they should act accordingly.
Issue No. 1521- If a minor owns some capital and profit accrues on it which exceeds his annual expenditure, he should, as an obligatory precaution, pay its khums when he becomes mature.
Issue No.595- The prayer of Fear can be offered at any time on the first night after the burial of the dead body, but it is better to perform it in the early hours of the night after ‘ishā’ prayer.
Issue No.596- If the burial of a dead body is delayed owing to some reason, the Prayer of Fear should be deferred until the first night of its burial.
