Issue No. 2074- A woman with whom temporary marriage is contracted cannot demand subsistence even if she may become pregnant, and does not inherit from the husband as well as the husband does not inherit from her, and she is not entitled to the obligatory right of sexual intercourse either.

The Time of Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha Prayers

Issue No. 1307- The time of Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha prayers is from the sunrise of the Eid day until ẓuhr. However, it is mustaḥab that Eid al-Adha prayer is offered after the sun is high up in the sky. As for Eid al-Fitr prayer, it is mustaḥab that one should have breakfast after sunrise, pay zakāt of fiṭrah and then offer Eid prayer.

The Transaction in Which the Shopper Doesn't Intend to Pay the Price

Issue No.1760- If a buyer intends not to pay the price of the commodity from the beginning or intends [from the beginning] to pay for it from haram money, the transaction would be void as an obligatory precaution. However, if he does not intend so at the beginning and later pays from haram money, the transaction is correct; one should make the payment from halal money however, since haram money does not suffice.

Issue No.1143- The nomads, who do not have a specific hometown and who roam about in the deserts and stay in places where they find food for themselves and fodder and water for their animals, and proceed to some other place after a few days' halt, should offer complete prayer and should fast during these journeys.

Issue No. 1131Changing One’s Mind During Journey

The Traveller Should Not Change His Mind on the Way

Issue No.1131- The third condition is that the traveller should not change his mind on the way; if the traveller changes his mind or becomes hesitant in his intention before covering four farsakhs, he should offer complete prayers. If however, after covering a distance of four farsakhs the traveller leaves the journey he should perform qaṣr prayer unless he becomes hesitant about the journey or decides to remain at that place for ten days; in case of which he should offer complete prayers.
