Issue No. 2074- A woman with whom temporary marriage is contracted cannot demand subsistence even if she may become pregnant, and does not inherit from the husband as well as the husband does not inherit from her, and she is not entitled to the obligatory right of sexual intercourse either.
Issue No.2379- The third group of heirs consists of the paternal uncle and aunt, the maternal uncle and aunt, and their children. If none of the persons belonging to the first and second group is present, the third group will inherit.
Issue No. 1307- The time of Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha prayers is from the sunrise of the Eid day until ẓuhr. However, it is mustaḥab that Eid al-Adha prayer is offered after the sun is high up in the sky. As for Eid al-Fitr prayer, it is mustaḥab that one should have breakfast after sunrise, pay zakāt of fiṭrah and then offer Eid prayer.
Issue No.1998- A person who gives something to another person as a deposit, can take it back whenever he wishes, and similarly, one who accepts the deposit can do the same whenever he likes.
Issue No.1926- If a person appoints someone as an agent to perform a task, and fixes wages for his services, he should pay him the same after the completion of the task.
Issue No.1869- If the lessor engages in delivering the leased property, the lessee should pay the rent, even though he may refuse to take it, or may take it but not utilize it.
Issue No. 1725- One should give fiṭrah on Eid day. Therefore, if a person offers Eid al-Fitr prayer, he should give fiṭrah before Eid prayer, but if he does not offer Eid prayer, he can delay it till ẓuhr time of the day of Eid.
Issue No. 1494- Khums on trees that are grown for the use of their wood, should be paid when it is time to sell their wood, even if one may not want to sell them. However, if it is not time for selling them, there is no khums on them, even though many years may pass.
Issue No.1760- If a buyer intends not to pay the price of the commodity from the beginning or intends [from the beginning] to pay for it from haram money, the transaction would be void as an obligatory precaution. However, if he does not intend so at the beginning and later pays from haram money, the transaction is correct; one should make the payment from halal money however, since haram money does not suffice.
Issue No.1133- If a traveller enters his hometown, his journey is interrupted. Also if he reaches a place that he wishes to stay in for at least ten days, he should offer complete prayer even if one is not sure whether he will pass through his hometown or stay at a place for ten days.
Issue No.1143- The nomads, who do not have a specific hometown and who roam about in the deserts and stay in places where they find food for themselves and fodder and water for their animals, and proceed to some other place after a few days' halt, should offer complete prayer and should fast during these journeys.
Issue No.1131- The third condition is that the traveller should not change his mind on the way; if the traveller changes his mind or becomes hesitant in his intention before covering four farsakhs, he should offer complete prayers. If however, after covering a distance of four farsakhs the traveller leaves the journey he should perform qaṣr prayer unless he becomes hesitant about the journey or decides to remain at that place for ten days; in case of which he should offer complete prayers.
