Issue No.2006- If the owner of the deposit dies and he has a number of heirs, the trustee should give the property to all the heirs or the person who has been authorised by all. Hence, if he gives the entire property to one of them without the consent of others, he will be responsible for the shares of the others.
Issue No.490- When a woman becomes pure of nifās blood, she should perform ghusl and perform acts of worship. However, in case lochia is discharged again and the total number of days in which blood comes and the intervening days during which she remains pure of blood is ten or less, all of it will be nifās, but the acts of worship she performed on the days in which she remained ṭāhir of blood will be in order.
Issue No.448- After a woman becomes ṭāhir of the blood of menses, it is obligatory for her to perform ghusl for the prayers and other acts of worship. If however, she has no access to water, she should perform tayammum. The rules for this ghusl are the same as that of the ghusl of janābah. The ghusl will count as wuḍū too, although the recommended precaution is to perform wuḍū also (before or after performing ghusl).
Issue No.1944- If a debtor has no access to his creditor, and does not have any hope in finding him, the obligatory precaution is that he should pay the amount he owes, with the permission of the Mujtahid or his representative, to poor people, whether they are sayyid or non-sayyid.
Issue No. 1428- A person must offer qaḍā for the fasts which lapsed owing to his having been intoxicated, even if the intoxicant was consumed by him by mistake or for the purpose of medical treatment. In fact, if he had made the intention of fasting, and then finished the fast in the state of intoxication, the obligatory precaution is that he should perform its qaḍā.
Issue No.157- If a host comes to know, while having a meal, that the food is najis, he must inform the guests about it, as an obligatory precaution. If, however, one of the guests becomes aware of this fact, he must refrain from eating but it is not necessary to inform the rest about it. However, if his interaction with the other guests is such that he himself may become najis, he can inform them about the najāsah of the food when the meal is over so that they rinse their hands and mouths.
Issue No. 2066- A man has no right to abandon his permanent wife in a way that she can neither be regarded as a woman with a husband, nor as a woman without a husband, however, it is not obligatory that out of every four nights a man should spend one night with his permanent wife. However in case he has more than one wife, justice should be observed among them with regard to staying over at their homes, details of which can be found in detailed books of jurisprudence.
Issue No. 1427- If an insane person recovers and becomes sane, it will not be obligatory to offer qaḍā for the fasts which he did not observe when he was insane. Similarly, if a non-Muslim embraces Islam, it is not obligatory to offer qaḍā for the fasts of the period during which he was not a Muslim. However, if a Muslim apostatises (becomes Murtad) and becomes Muslim again, he must perform qaḍā for the fasts of the period during which he was an apostate.
Issue No.422- If a woman who is in the state of kathīrah istiḥāḍah does her daily ghusls, it will suffice for other acts like ṭawāf, qaḍā prayer, āyāt prayer and Night prayer, and she should only perform wuḍū.
Issue No.1107- If a person forgets one or more sajdahs, he should perform the qaḍā of each of them after the prayer (Of course, if one forgets two sajdahs of one rak‘at, his prayer is void). Also if he forgets tashahhud, he should perform its qaḍā immediately after the prayer. And in addition to the qaḍā of sajdah and tashahhud, he should, as an obligatory precaution, offer separate sajdah al-sahw for each of them. (However, as was pointed out earlier, tashahhud of sajdah al-sahw will suffice for the forgotten tashahhud).
Issue No.325- If a person doubts too much about the acts of wuḍū and its conditions, like the ṭahārah of the water, or the existence of impediments on the parts of wuḍū, he should not pay any heed to such doubts, and act in the way ordinary people act.
Issue No. 1391- It is not obligatory for a person who is fasting to restrain himself from vomiting, but if it does not cause any harm or hardship to him, it is better to restrain himself from vomiting.
