Issue No.947- In sajdah, one's body should be still while uttering obligatory dhikr. Similarly, the body should be still while uttering recommended Dhikrs provided that one utters them with the intention of the prescribed dhikr of sajdah. If, however, he utters them with the intention of general dhikr that can be uttered everywhere in prayer one can recite them even in motion.
Issue No.881- When a person stands for takbīrat-ul-iḥrām or qarā’ah (recitation), he should not move his body and feet, nor should he incline towards one side or lean on anything. However, if it is inevitable to do so, there is no harm in it.
Issue No.886- When a person is reciting obligatory dhikr in the prayer, his body should be still. The same rule applies to recommended dhikr which should be recited in specific place. However, if one does not do so his prayer is valid nonetheless he should not intentionally do that again.
Issue No.511- It is recommended that the following supplications be inculcated to a dying person in such a manner that he/she would understand: Allahummaghfir liyal kathira mim ma’asika waqbal minni al-yasira min ta’atika ya man yaqballul yasira wa ya’fu ‘anil kathir, iqbal minni al- yasira wa’fu ‘anni al-kathir. Innaka antal ‘afuwwul Ghafur. Alla hum mar hamni fa innaka Rahim. And it is better that he/she says it too.
Issue No.371- The following four sūrahs contain verses on the recitation of which performance of sajdah becomes obligatory: 1- Sūrah Al-Sajda, 32:152- Sūrah Fuṣṣilat, 41:373- Sūrah Al-Najm, 53:624- Sūrah Al-‘Alaq, 96:19
Issue No. 1392- If small particles of food or an insect like a fly involuntarily enter the throat of a person who is fasting, and if it has gone so deep down the gullet that it cannot be thrown out, his fast will remain valid. However, if it is possible to take it out, he should do so and it will not harm the fast, but if he swallows it in this situation, his fast will be void.
Issue No. 1341- Swallowing saliva does not invalidate fast, although it may have collected in one’s mouth owing to one’s thinking about sour things. There is no harm in swallowing one’s phlegm or mucous from the head and chest so long as it does not come up to one’s mouth. However, if it reaches one’s mouth, the obligatory precaution is that one should not swallow it.
Issue No.1824- Taking oath in the matter of transaction is makrūh, if it is true, and haram, if it is false.
Issue No. 133- Having sexual intercourse with a woman during menstruation or fasting in the month of Ramadan is haram and one’s sweat, in this case, is treated as the sweat of haram janābah as an obligatory precaution.
Issue No.318- If swelling appears on parts of wuḍū because of being burnt or for any other reason, it will be sufficient to wash and wipe over the swelling, and if there is a hole in it, it will not be necessary to make water reach under the skin. However, if a part of the peeled skin sometimes hangs loose and sometimes not, water should be made to reach under it, provided that it is not harmful.
Issue No.837- It is mustaḥab that when a person enters a mosque, to offer a two rak‘at prayer in order to greet and respect the mosque, but it will suffice if he offers any obligatory or mustaḥab prayer.
