Issue No.552- After performing ghusl on a dead body it is obligatory to apply ḥanūṭ, which is to apply camphor on the seven places of sajdah (i.e., the forehead, the palms, the knees and both the big toes of the feet). The obligatory precaution is that some camphor be placed on these parts, and the camphor must be ṭāhir, permissible to apply and fresh, so that it keeps its usual fragrance.
Issue No. 2118- If a woman suckles several children from the milk of one husband, all of them will be maḥram to one another, and to the woman who has suckled them as well as to her husband. In case a man has more than one wife, and each one of them suckles a child fully, all the children become maḥram to each other as well as to the wives and the husband.
Issue No. 1345- Sexual intercourse invalidates the fast of both man and woman, even if only the male organ penetrates up to the point of circumcision and no semen is discharged. However, if the penetration is less than the point of circumcision without the discharging of semen or one doubts whether the male organ has entered up to the point of circumcision or not, his fast is valid.
Issue No.368- A person who has no water to do ghusl is allowed to have sexual intercourse with his wife before or even after the time of prayer and it suffices if he performs tayammum.
Issue No.489- Having sexual intercourse with a woman in the state of nifās is haram, and if the husband has sexual intercourse, the recommended precaution is that he should offer kaffāra in accordance with the instruction given for a ḥā’iḍ. Divorcing a woman in the state of nifās is also void.
Issue No. 1539- If two or more people find a treasure, they will share it and they will act according to the agreement they have made; and if the share of each one of them reaches the taxable limit, it will be liable to khums.
Issue No. 1628- Sheep have five taxable limits:1- 40 sheep, the zakāt of which is one sheep. No zakāt is payable on less than that.2- 121 sheep, the zakāt of which is two sheep.3- 201 sheep, the zakāt of which is three sheep.4- 301 sheep, the zakāt of which is four sheep.5- 400 sheep and more, the zakāt of which is one sheep for each group of 100 sheep, and there is no zakāt on the group of sheep, which is less than 100, and there is also no zakāt for the number of sheep between the two taxable limits. Therefore, if the number of sheep has reached 40, but does not reach the second taxable limit, which is 121, the owner should give only one sheep as zakāt, and the same rule applies to the succeeding taxable limits.
Issue No. 2233- Nowadays, sometimes, an electric shock is given to animals to stun them and make cutting of their heads by machines easy. There is no harm in this act, if the animal is alive after the shock.
Issue No.551- If a person who is wearing Ihram for ḥajj or ‘umrah dies, he should be shrouded like others and there is no harm in covering his head and face.
Issue No.427- There are some signs for ḥayḍ. It is often thick and warm and its colour is either dark or red, and it is discharged with pressure and some irritation.
Issue 361-When one cannot ascertain whether the fluid discharged from his body is semen or other wetness, it will be treated as semen if it comes out with force and lustful enjoyment. If these two signs or either of them is not present, the discharged fluid will not be treated as semen. However, In the case of women and ill people, it is not necessary for the fluid to come out with force, but if it comes out at the climax of sexual lust (orgasm), it will be treated as semen.
