Issue No.205- There is no harm in the tiny particles remaining on the bottom of the feet or shoes which cannot be cleaned off except with water. This also applies to the remaining odour and colour.

Issue No.206- The inner part of the shoe does not become ṭāhir by walking and as an obligatory precaution, the bottom of socks will not become ṭāhir unless they are made of leather or similar material which may be used instead of shoes.

Issue No.210- The earth is still najis if one doubts whether or not:- The earth has been dried by the sun. - There was any impediment in between. - The original najāsah had been removed beforehand.

Issue No.211- If the sun shines on a spot of najis earth and dries it, only that spot will become ṭāhir.

Issue No.218- If raisins or currants are added to food in a way that water penetrates into them and the water inside boils, it becomes haram, though is not najis therefore one may put them aside and eat the rest of the food. However, frying or adding them to steamed rice and the like has no problem. In case of dates however, if the juice mixes with the food in a way that it disappears after boiling, there is no problem but if it boils and does not disappear it is not permissible to eat.

Issue No.219- If grape juice boils by fire, it is not najis but it is haram to drink. However, if it boils so much that two-thirds of it evaporates and one-third is left, it will become halal. However, if it ferments by itself and becomes intoxicating, it is najis and haram and will become ṭāhir and halal to drink only when it turns into vinegar.

Issue No.220- If a cluster of sour grapes that has some ripe grapes in it is juiced and boiled it is neither haram nor najis as long as it is considered “sour grape juice”.

Issue No.221- The grape which is not known to be sour or ripe will not become haram if boiled with fire.

Issue No.222- Grape syrup bought from the market that one knows the seller of which, is familiar with issues relating to it, is ṭāhir and halal and there is no need to investigate.

Issue No.224- The blood of a mosquito which is part of its body is ṭāhir, even though it may have originally belonged to a human.

Issue No.230- If liquor overflows while boiling and makes the exterior of the container najis, the exterior will not become ṭāhir, even after the liquor changes into vinegar.

Issue No.231- The stone on which the ghusl of a dead body is carried out, the cloth with which his private parts are covered and the hands of the person who carries out the ghusl become ṭāhir when the ghusl is completed.
