Remaining Blood in the Body of Slaughtered Animal

Issue No.103- If a halal meat animal is slaughtered in accordance with sharia, and the usual amount of blood goes out, the blood still left in its body is ṭāhir, unless the blood leaving the body goes back in because of the animal’s head having been at a higher level at the time of slaughtering. In the case of the blood going back into the body of the animal due to breathing, as an obligatory precaution, it is necessary to avoid that blood.

Issue No. 1035 - If a person remains silent during prayer for a long period that it may not be said that he is offering prayer, his prayer is void. However, if one remains silent for some time and then doubts whether this amount of silence has invalidated his prayer or not, his prayer is correct. Similarly, if he performs an act during prayer in which he doubts whether it has disturbed the form of his prayer or not, his prayer will be valid.

Issue No.189- After rinsing a carpet or clothes, if some mud or soap or other things are seen on it, they are ṭāhir and if there are larger objects, their exterior is also ṭāhir. However if najis water has reached their interior, it is necessary that ṭāhir water permeates through and separates from them.

Remaining in the State of Janābah in Qaḍā Fasts

Issue No. 1382- If a person wants to observe the qaḍā fast of the month of Ramadan and wakes up after the fajr adhān finding himself in the state of janābah, and he knows that he had a seminal discharge in sleep before the fajr adhān, as an obligatory precaution, he should observe the qaḍā during another day provided that the time for observing the qaḍā of the fasts is not short. However, if the time of the qaḍā of the fast is short, for instance, he has five qaḍā fasts to offer, and there are only five days left until the month of Ramadan, then he should observe the fast on the same day, and his fast is valid.

However, if it is after sunset, it is not obligatory on him to pay zakāt of fiṭrah, yet it is recommended for him to pay, provided that the necessary conditions are acquired before midday on Eid day.

Issue No.234- If the body of an animal becomes najis, it will become ṭāhir when the original najāsah is removed. For example, if the beak of a bird is stained with blood, or if an animal sits on something najis, its body will become ṭāhir once the blood and the najāsah are removed.

Issue No.654- While performing tayammum, one should remove any impediment which may be on the parts of tayammum and if there is a ring on the finger, it should be taken off. Also, if the hair of the head comes on the forehead, it should be pushed aside, and if an impediment is very likely to be there, he should investigate.

Issue No.392- At the time of ghusl, one should remove any impediment which prevents water from reaching the body, and if there is reasonable possibility of an impediment, he should investigate and make sure that there is no impediment.

Issue No. 99- If a lamb or kid dies before it is able to graze, the rennet found in its stomach is ṭāhir, but its exterior must be rinsed and made ṭāhir, as an obligatory precaution.
