Issue No.479- If a woman who has a fixed menstrual period (irrespective of whether it is a regular period or it is fixed only in time or in number) sees blood in two consecutive months contrary to her usual period, her menstrual period gets changed according to her period during the two months.
Issue No.480- If a woman who usually sees blood once in a month, sees blood twice in a month, if it has the signs of menses and the number of days during which she remained pure of blood are not less than ten, she should treat both the bloods to be ḥayḍ.
Issue No.481- If a woman sees blood with the signs of ḥayḍ for three or more days and thereafter, blood with the signs of istiḥāḍah discharges for ten or more days, and then blood with the signs of menses comes once again, she should treat all the bloods with the signs of ḥayḍ as ḥayḍ.
Issue No.482- If a woman becomes pure of blood before the completion of ten days and knows that there is no blood inside, she should do ghusl for worship although she may be certain that blood will be discharged once again before the completion of ten days.
Issue No.483- If a woman becomes pure of blood before ten days and it is probable that there is blood inside, she should check herself with some cotton. If it becomes clear that she has been pure of blood she should do ghusl and perform her worship, and if she has not been pure of blood, though dilute, she should follow the aforementioned rules relating to a ḥā’iḍ (menstruating woman).
Issue No.487- If a woman doubts whether she has aborted something or not, or whether the thing aborted would grow into a child or not, the blood which is discharged from her in this situation is not nifās and it is not necessary for her to investigate either.
Issue No.491- If a woman becomes pure of nifās, but it is likely that there might be blood in the interior, she should check her status with some cotton and in case it becomes clear that she is pure of blood she should do ghusl and perform her acts of worship.
Issue No.492- If nifās blood exceeds ten days, if her period is a numerically fixed one, she should consider the time equal to the duration of her menstruation as nifās and the rest as istiḥāḍah. However, if her period is not numerically fixed, she must consider ten days as nifās, and treat the rest as istiḥāḍah.
Issue No.493- If a woman who menstruates for less than ten days every month, sees lochia for more than ten days, she should consider the time equal to the duration of her menstruation as nifās and as an obligatory precaution, abandon all acts of worship until the tenth day. If however, the lochia exceeds ten days, only the time equal to the duration of her menstruation should be considered as nifās and the rest as istiḥāḍah. Therefore, she must perform the acts of worship abandoned during these few days as qaḍā.
Issue No.525- There is no harm if the quantity of Sidr and camphor is so much that the water becomes mixed water but it should not be so little that it may be said that Sidr and camphor are not mixed in it. In case it becomes mixed it is better that the dead body is washed with it first and later water be poured on the body so that the water would become unmixed water.
Issue No.529- One who performs ghusl on the dead body should perform this act with the intention of proximity to Allah and complying with His commands.
Issue No.531- If a foetus of four months or more is still-born, its dead body should be given ghusl but if it had not yet completed four months, it should, as an obligatory precaution, be wrapped up in a piece of cloth and buried without ghusl.
