Issue No.311- If a person cannot perform wuḍū himself, he should have someone to assist him. And if that person demands payment he should pay him if he can afford it. However, he should make the intention of wuḍū himself, and should wipe using his own hands, and if this is not possible at all, someone else should take his hand and wipe it over the place of wiping, and if this is not possible either, the assistant should take some moisture from his hands and wipe his head and feet with the wetness. However, in this case, he must perform tayammum as well, as an obligatory precaution.

Issue No.312- One should not get any help in performing those acts of wuḍū he can perform by himself.

Issue No.314- If one performs wuḍū and later on, it turns out that water has been harmful for him, his wuḍū is valid.

Issue No.315- If one finds that using a minimum quantity of water is not harmful to him, he should perform wuḍū with the same quantity, or if, for example, cold water is harmful, he should use warm the water.

Issue No.322- If after performing wuḍū, one doubts whether he has done all the acts of wuḍū or not, or whether he has observed the conditions or not, he should ignore his doubt, but if these doubts occur while performing wuḍū, he should act upon them.

Issue No.324- If a person is sure that he has performed wuḍū, and has also committed an act which invalidates wuḍū (e.g. urination), but does not remember which happened first, he should perform wuḍū.

Issue No.326- If a person doubts after performing a prayer, whether he had made wuḍū or not, his prayer will be correct. However, for the next prayers, he should perform wuḍū.

Issue No.327- If a person doubts during prayer whether he has performed wuḍū, he should finish the prayer, perform wuḍū, and repeat the prayer, as an obligatory precaution.

Issue No.328- If a person suffers from an ailment owing to which the urine comes out continuously drop by drop, or he is not able to control his faeces (urinary and faecal incontinence), and he is sure that at some time during the prayer time, there will be a respite during which there will be a restraint, then he should perform wuḍū and perform prayer at such time, and he should perform only the obligatory acts of the prayers, and leave out the adhān, iqāmah and qunūt, if he knows that the time is not enough.

Issue No.329- If one has no respite for wuḍū and prayer it is sufficient to perform wuḍū for each prayer and start offering prayer immediately though something may come out during the prayer.

Issue No.330- As was explained if one suffers from continued incontinence that it is very hard for him to perform wuḍū for each time it is sufficient to perform wuḍū once; rather he can offer both prayers like ẓuhr and ‘aṣr prayers with one wuḍū though performing wuḍū for each one is a recommended precaution.

Issue No.331- If such people urinate and defecate by their own will, they must perform wuḍū.
