Issue No.288- Performing wuḍū with the water of a religious school that one does not know whether has been endowed only to its students or all people, is not permissible as an obligatory precaution, unless one sees religious people making wuḍū with its water signifying its endowment for public.
Issue No.341- It is recommended that in order to be in a state of ṭahārah, one performs wuḍū, whether it is near the time of prayer or not. And he can perform prayer with that wuḍū.
Issue No.289- If a person who does not want to perform prayer in a mosque or hussayniyah/imambargah and is not aware whether its water is endowed to the public, or specifically to those who perform prayer there, he cannot make wuḍū using that water. Similarly, performing wuḍū with the water of inns and guesthouses for the people who are not residing there is not valid, unless one can gather from the acts of religious people that the water in such places has been endowed for public use.
Issue No.291- Performing wuḍū with the water of big or small private creeks is allowed, even if one is not sure whether their owners would allow it or not. However, if the owner explicitly prohibits performing wuḍū with that water, one should, as an obligatory precaution, refrain from making wuḍū with it. And in case the creek has been diverted without the permission of its owner, one should not perform wuḍū using it, as an obligatory precaution.
Issue No.400- One ghusl would suffice if a person makes the intention of more than one ghusl, whether obligatory or recommended. Therefore, one can perform a single ghusl with the intention of janābah, ḥayḍ, touching a dead body, Friday ghusl, etc.
Issue No.687- If the time for offering prayer is so short that if one performs some of the recommended acts of the prayer (e.g., qunūt and iqāmah) a part of the prayer will be performed after the prescribed time, he should not perform those recommended acts.
Issue No. 2206- If the value of a property one finds is one dirham or more, and if he does not make an announcement about it, but leaves it in the mosque or at places of public gathering, and it perishes or somebody picks it up, the person who found it first will be responsible.
Issue No. 2192- If a person takes something from a seller to see and check it so that he may purchase it if he likes it and it perishes, as an obligatory precaution, he should pay compensation for it to its owner.
Issue No. 2344- If all or a part of the property of the deceased is lost or damaged while in the custody of the executor, and if he has not been negligent in looking after it or has not acted against the tasks laid down in the Will by the deceased, he will not be responsible, otherwise he will be.
Issue No. 2188- If a thing usurped by a person perishes, in case it is among the things whose double is usually rare to find, like many animals and hand-woven carpets, he should pay its price, but if its market value has undergone a change, he should give the value of the day when it perished (if the usurper delays the paying from the day that thing perished then the average inflation rate must be added to the price). However, if the usurped thing is among those which are mass-produced and their double are available usually in abundance, like wheat, barley, machine carpets, various kinds of fabrics and utensils, then, he should give back the double of what he has usurped, but its qualification and characteristics should be the same as those of the usurped one.
Issue No. 2078- A man can contract a permanent marriage with a woman who is in his temporary marriage contract. However, he should exempt the woman of the remaining period of her temporary marriage before he contracts a permanent marriage.
Issue No. 1263- If a congregational prayer begins while a person is offering a mustaḥab prayer, and he fears that if he completes his mustaḥab prayer, he will not be able to join the congregational prayer, it is mustaḥab that he abandons the mustaḥab prayer, and joins the congregational prayer.
