Issue No. 1569- The share of sayyids cannot be given to sayyids with previously mentioned conditions without the permission of the Mujtahid (as an obligatory precaution). As for the share of the Imam (as), if it is paid out without the permission of the Mujtahid he follows, it will not be accepted unless the Mujtahid agrees and gives permission later.
Issue No. 1640- If a person, who is required to pay zakāt on these animals, gives that zakāt from some other property owned by him he should pay zakāt on the animals every year until their number becomes less than the taxable limit. In case he gives zakāt out of those very animals and they become less than the first taxable limit, payment of zakāt is not obligatory on him. If before the 11th month, he exchanges his animals with something else, payment of zakāt is not obligatory on him; but if he changes those animals with other cows, sheep, and camels, for example, he gives 40 sheep and takes 40 other sheep, he should, as an obligatory precaution, pay zakāt on them.
Issue No. 1612- If a person dies with a debt, and has a property on which zakāt has become due, it is necessary that in the first instance, the entire zakāt should be paid out from that property, and thereafter pay his debt. This ruling is applicable only when the property on which zakāt is due is available.
Issue No. 1611- If zakāt of dates or raisins is obligatory on a person, he cannot pay it in the form of green dates or grapes. However, he can sell the green dates or grapes to a needy person, and consider his debt as zakāt. If he is going to sell green dates or grapes before they are dried up, he can pay their zakāt from themselves.
Issue No. 1601- If a person has paid zakāt on grains, no further zakāt is due on them, even if they remain with him for a few years.
Issue No.1943- If the creditor demands his debt at the time he is entitled to, and the debtor is in a position to pay it he should pay it immediately, and if he delays the payment, he has committed a sin. However, if the debtor does not possess anything other than the house he resides in, the household effects, and other essential objects, the creditor should wait and he cannot compel him to sell the things he needs. However, the debtor should endeavour to repay his debt through trade and work or other lawful ways to earn some money to pay his debt.
Issue No.1951- If a person purchases some clothes, and then pays the owner with the money earned from usury, or with halal money mixed with usury money, and if at the time of purchasing it, his intention was to pay for it from such money, it is not allowed to wear those clothes and perform prayer in them. However, if at the time of buying he did not intend to do so, but later on such an intention came to his mind, then the prayer offered while wearing such clothes is correct, yet since he paid the owner of the clothes with haram money he is still indebted to him.
Issue No. 2451- Dissecting the human being’s body where it is permitted does not make Diya (compensation) obligatory.
B) The ruling of Friday prayer applies to those within two farsakhs (about 11 KMs) of it, therefore, in situations where the Friday prayer is mandatory upon each and every person, he will have to attend if he is within this distance.
Issue No.626- If a person has eye soreness and water is harmful for him, if it is possible to wash the eye’s surroundings, he must perform wuḍū, otherwise, he should perform tayammum.
Issue No.331- If such people urinate and defecate by their own will, they must perform wuḍū.
Issue No.540- If water is not available, or the body is in a state that ghusl cannot be performed on it, or it is impossible to give ghusl because of any other problem, tayammum should be performed on it for each ghusl in the following method: The person who is performing tayammum should position himself in front of the dead body and tap his palms on earth and then wipe them on the face and then on the back of the hands of the dead body.
