Issue No. 2288Rules and Conditions Regarding Vow

One who has made Vow to leave an Act Continuously

Issue No. 2288- If a person vows to abandon an act continuously without setting any time limit, and then commits that act intentionally, he should offer kaffāra for the first time he does it, and if his vow was in a way that each instance or act would be included independently under the vow, the obligatory precaution is that he should offer kaffāra for each time that he commits that act. However, if he did not have such an intention or if he doubts about his intention, then only one kaffāra will be obligatory on him.

Issue No. 1581- If aneedy sayyid owes money to a person, the creditor may count his debt from khums due on him. However, in regards to the share of Imam (as) he should have the permission of the Mujtahid.

Issue No.20- It is forbidden for a non-jurist (one who is not capable of inferring Islamic laws from their sources) to issue fatwās and express his views on matters relating to Islamic laws. Issue No.1899- To conclude the transaction of musāqāt, the prescribed formula can be recited, and it will also be valid without reciting the formula. For example, if the owner of the trees transfers them with the intention of musāqāt and the person who has agreed to take care of them receives them with the same intention, the transaction will be in order. (Of course, the necessary talks about the duration and the conditions, etc. should have taken place earlier).

Issue No. 1198- It is not necessary to go by the order they were missed when it comes to qaḍā prayers, except for the qaḍā of ẓuhr, and ‘aṣr prayer or maghrib and ‘ishā’ of the same day.

Order in Performing the Forgotten Sajdah and Tashahhud

Issue No.1109- If a person forgets one sajdah and the tashahhud, the obligatory precaution is to first offer the qaḍā of the one he forgot first. If he does not know which one he forgot first, he should, as an obligatory precaution, perform one sajdah, and then a tashahhud, and then perform another sajdah to make sure that he has performed the qaḍā of the sajdah and tashahhud in the order they were missed.
